How could I buy books from Booklodge?
If you are new to our website and found suitable items, you may click the icon <add to cart>. After you have selected all the items, you should click the icon <my shopping cart> and <check out>, you will then be asked to sign up as a member. Using your login name and password, you have entered a secured area to further process the transaction. You can then choose whatever payment method you preferred for the transaction.
We accept cheques, cash deposits for local buyers and PayPal for overseas buyers.

Any additional charge?
We offer FREE delivery on orders of HK$500.00 or above. For purchases less than this amount, there is a delivery charge of HK$60.00. This charge only applies to delivery within Hong Kong. For deliveries to Macau, Mainland China and other countries, please contact our office for further enquiry.
When should I expect delivery?
For books we have in stock, delivery will usually be made within 2 days. We will notify you if your selected items are not going to be available within the 2-day period.
For books we do not have in stock, the lead time of delivery is normally 4 to 6 weeks. If we fail to deliver the books within two calendar months, you can elect to receive a full refund on the undelivered titles if you so choose.
Deliveries outwith Hong Kong is based on individual agreement.
What if there is a problem with the books I purchased?
If there is a problem with the purchased books from Booklodge, full refund / exchange will be provided within 14 days in case of –

Publication defects such as missing page or wrong paging

Printing defects such as smudge printing
Customers are required to return the books to our office (Unit A, 5/F, Metropolitan Factory and Warehouse Building, 30-32 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, N.T., Hong Kong) for exchange or refund request. The books returned should be in the original packaging and condition.
Can I amend the order after transaction has been made?
After each order is placed, we will immediately contact our suppliers and thus it is not possible to change orders after a transaction has been confirmed. However, you may contact our office by phone within 24 hours after an order and we will try to facilitate your request. However, cancellation of an order will not be processed due to the cost incurred.
Do you have books of other languages?
Yes, although we are mainly carrying English and Chinese titles at the moment, we will gradually seek to supply titles of other major languages such as Spanish and French.
How do you protect my private data provided to Booklodge?
We respect your privacy and the information collected will be used responsibly. All personal data collected will not be transferred to any third parties without prior approval from the data owner other than those necessary to provide services, such as payment process, monitoring site activity and conducting market surveys.
