Payment Methods

All cheques should be payable to "Booklodge Limited".

Cheques should be posted to Unit A, 5/F, Metropolitan Factory and Warehouse Building, 30-32 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, N.T., Hong Kong.

Overseas customers will be requested to pay via Paypal.

Delivery

Shipping Cost

Hong Kong - FREE delivery on orders of HK$500.00 or above. For purchases less than this amount, there is a delivery charge of HK$60.00.

Outside Hong Kong - Please call in advance for book order concerning the delivery charge.

Delivery Time

For books we have in stock, delivery will usually be made within 2 days upon receipt of order confirmation and payment. We will notify you if your selected items are not going to be available within the 2-day period. For books we do not have in stock, the lead time of delivery is normally 4 to 6 weeks. If we fail to deliver the books within two calendar months, you can elect to receive a full refund on the undelivered titles if you so choose. Deliveries outwith Hong Kong is based on individual agreement.

Booklodge collects information when you visit our website. The purpose is to enhance our efficiency and the quality of our service. We respect your privacy and the information collected will be used responsibly. All personal data collected will not be transferred to any third parties without prior approval from the data owner other than those necessary to provide services, such as payment process, monitoring site activity and conducting market surveys.

General Browsing

Booklodge gathers navigational information about where visitors go on our site. This will provide us information concerning which areas of our site are most visited. Additional non-personally identifiable information (for example, domain type, browser version, service provider, IP address) may be collected which will provide information regarding the general use of our site. The whole purpose of collecting the information is to provide the necessary data to enhance our product range.

Mailing List

If you sign up for our mailing list, you will be asked to provide your name, telephone number, postal address and e-mail address. Signing up for our mailing list enables you to receive promotional materials from Booklodge via e-mail. Booklodge will not provide the information take away given to third parties other than those necessary to provide services, such as payment process, monitoring site activity and conducting market surveys.

Registering an Account

We collect information from you when you set up or update an account, shop online, create or send a wish list or request information (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, recipient's e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information). This information is used to enable Booklodge to deliver goods, to contact you or the recipient(s) in the event of any difficulties, respond to your queries and to deliver services and information about our products or web site to you.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Only the following conditions where refund or exchange is warranted

Publication defects such as missing page or wrong paging.
Printing defects such as smudged printing.
In the event of the book ordered being defective we will replace it with a new copy.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability, you will receive a full refund for the book.

Customers are required to return the book to our office for exchange and refund request.
